AKAP launches CRBP Online Training for Government

The Children’s Rights and Business Principles (CRBP) Online Training for Government was launched yesterday, 8 March 2021. The training will make use of asynchronous sessions and live webinars from 8 to 26 March 2021. Participants are representatives from different government agencies, including the Department of Labor and Employment, (DOLE), Department of Education (DepEd), Commission, on Human Rights (CHR), National Council for Children’s Television (NCCT), League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP), Office of the Mayor – Local Government of Quezon City, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC).

The CRBP Online Training Seminar is designed for officials and employees from different government agencies. The training will cover topics on the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the ten (10) CRBP principles, and its relevance to the dynamic relation of the government agencies and its business partners concerning work immersion for students, child safeguarding policies, and monitoring and evaluation of compliance with policies relevant to children’s rights.
